Terms and Conditions

• We offer no refunds in any case, as we sell custom-made products.
• Once a custom-made garment has been cut (i.e. production has started), no further changes can be applied.
• In case of fit issues and necessary alterations, we will bear the responsibility and necessary alterations would be done to get them to required shape and fit.
• If the style chosen is produced wrong, we will remake the suits without any charges, however if at any point the customer wants to go back on his choice of style. We will not be held responsible and customer would have to accept the necessary charges applied.
• In view of the nature of the service, any order – once confirmed is not cancellable. Cancellation of the Order by the Client will only be accepted on condition that any costs, charges and expenses already incurred, including any charges that will be levied by a sub-contractor on account of their expenses, work or cancellation conditions will be reimbursed to the Company forthwith.
• All products / fabrics are subject to availability, which means that we cannot always deliver the order per promise. We will inform you as soon as possible, if the product you have requested is not available and, if you agree so, we may offer an alternative product of equivalent quality.
• Should a customer choose not to collect the suit within 90 days of receiving a completion notice, the company is no longer liable for storing and maintaining that garment.
